Paintstore.com.au offers a 30 day money back guarantee (including change of mind). Refunds must be returned within 30 working days of invoice date, in original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents. Returns are not available for paint supplied to a specified custom tint colour.

In instances where products are found to be defective, Paintstore.com.au will supply replacement product free of charge including return postage and handling.

Paintstore.com.au recommends reading all application and technical guidelines prior to painting. Paintstore.com.au will not replace or refund products that have been applied incorrectly or stored incorrectly.

Return Policy

1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.
2. When returning products for refund, you must contact Paintstore.com.au prior to sending the items. Indicate the reason for return and details of how you will be returning the goods. Paintstore.com.au reserve the right to review all returns to assess acceptability.
3. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post. You must pre-pay all returns postage, assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. We advise you arrange registered delivery with Australia Post. Paintstore.com.au reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
4. If you are returning a faulty item for a replacement we will pay for postage and handling back to us provided you contact our Customer Service Department on 1800 275 728.
