Shipping Terms |
|
- Free delivery applies to orders where a minimum of 2 tins of paint have been purchased. Free delivery is to Australian capital cities and surrounding metro areas only (excluding NT, TAS & ACT). Additional charges will apply for orders below minimum value, and for delivery to country areas. Full details of postage costs are provided on the order, prior to completion.
- In instances where items have been lost in transit, Paintstore.com.au will supply a replacement at no additional charge as soon as the loss is confirmed. Paintstore.com.au liability is limited to the replacement of the product.
- Where orders are received prior to 4PM (AEST) the package will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after this time will carry over to the following working day.
- Where delivery times are provided, this is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Paintstore.com.au is not responsible for any delays that occur in transit.
- Paintstore.com.au package all orders with the highest of care to ensure minimal chance of damage. In instances where orders arrive damaged contact Paintstore.com.au to organize a replacement. Paintstore.com.au liability is limited to the replacement of the damaged product.
