Whilst browsing through the products on our website, a button will appear labeled "buy now" or "add to cart". When you select this option, the product will be added to your online shopping cart. You will notice the items appear in your cart on the right hand side of the website. You may view your online shopping cart at any time and change quantities or remove products. Once you have finished shopping select the "checkout" button to proceed.

The checkout page allows you to proceed in 3 ways. You may login if you have already created an account, create a new account or proceed without creating an account. You do not have to create an account to purchase from Paintstore.com.au but more features of the website will be available if you hold an account. If you proceed without an account, you will be required to enter your details onto the site and can proceed directly to payment options.

When you choose to create an account, you will be forwarded to an online form to enter your personal details such as address and phone number. You will also be required to supply a password and email address. The email address will be used as your username for login. Be sure to record your password for future use. Once you complete the online form, a confirmation email will be forwarded to you, explaining the features available to members. A new page will appear to confirm your account has been created, select "continue" to proceed to delivery details page.

On the delivery details page you may change the delivery address for this order if required. A freight cost and estimated delivery time will appear at the bottom of the page. A comments section is also provided if there are any special instructions with the delivery. Once you have confirmed the delivery details select the "continue" button to proceed to the billing address and payment page.

Here you can change billing details if required. Select a payment option to proceed to the final step. If you select Credit Card you will be required to enter a valid credit card number to proceed. Your payment will be processed through our payment gateway, DirectOne. Using a credit card means there will be no delay with your payment being processed.

Selecting cheque, money order or bank transfer will take you to a information page containing details for payment. A reference number will be supplied that must be included with the payment. Once your payment has cleared your goods will be dispatched.
